چکیده
Child victims of child trafficking in Indonesia need to take action that leads forms defense, assitance, protection and support from various parties. Law number 21 2017 concerning the eradication criminal act persons article 35 explains during process investigation, prosecution, examination at court proceedings, witnesses and/or have right be accompanied by an advocate other companion needed. The purpose this paper is provide advocacy concept for trafficking, realization legal protection. This research a normative using conceptual approach statutory approach. Meanwhile, results study reveal consists consultation, assistance rights children who are given are: reparation rights, compensation restitution rehabilitation rights.
